As retired college professors, Coralee Burch along with deceased husband David Hannie started a Special Farm Winery in Watkins Glen, NY called Cascata Winery at The Professors' Place. It included a cafe, art gallery, old books and wines. Coralee created the art work to go on the wine labels with intent to make the art coincide with the flavors and style of the various wines. The Cascata Winery together with a B&B called The Professors' Inn still exist, two miles north of Watkins Glen. Each year Coralee creates new label art for the new vintage wines. Art by Coralee Gallery is at Cascata Winery. Label art and other paintings of Coralee can be seen there. All art and prints are for sale.
